Changhua County Changhua Land Administration Office was originally known as Taichung District Court Changhua Registration
Office in 1906 and was then changed as Taiwan Provincial Taichung Land Administration Office 3 rd Sub-section during after the
Taiwan Restoration in 1945. It was later change as Taichung County Changhua Land Administration, but due to city and county
administrative district rearrangement and division in Taiwan , it was combined with the Changhua Municipal Land Administration
Office and established the Changhua County Changhua Land Administration Office in October 1950. The office was located at 31
Kuangfu Rd. , Changhua City at that time. It later moved to a temporary office at 33 Chungmin St. , Changhua City in 1979, moved
into the present Changhua County Municipal Government joint administration in 1982. The second Administrative Office Building
was established in 1997, and moved in again to the 3 rd Floor, 4 th floor, & 5 th Floor of the building as its offices
( 100 Chunghsing Rd. , Chuanghua City ).
The first Chief of the administration office was Mr. Wu, Chi-Hsien. There were 17 staff at that time, which was divided into Section
I, Section II, & Section III staff. The organization system was rearranged in 1975, and there is an additional Section IV with total staff
of 40 persons. The Personnel officer was set up in 1980. In 1990 it was amended again as Section I, Section II, Section III, & Section
IV, and in 2000 its staff was increased to 76 persons. In January 2001 the administration had set an accountant, and the current Chief
(8 th Chief) is Mr. Lo, Yun-Lung (took office on April 1, 2002 , in charge of major missions on civil service.
